Hi sir my name is nikhil kumar. Sir i have send on 4/7/2017 my cancelled cheque and invoice at your given address but i have contact ur customer care they are saying that they didn't receive the post i have also given the post tracking details then they said me to mail the tracking details to [protected]@oneassist.in and the post company name is india post and the tracking number is rn[protected]in
I have also complained india post they said the post has been delivered

From last 25 day Iam continue calling that plz discontinue my plan and refund my amount. Which was debited from my a/c on 10 the July. Why this happened and why you are not responding. SR NO generated but no response.

Still waiting for phone call and refund.
