My name bertram bernard lobo contact no :- [protected]. I had emailed them to change the imei from samsung j2 6 to no :- [protected]/01 [protected]/01. Moto x play 32 gb iemi no :- [protected] / [protected]. I had started email them to change my imei number from 10/02/2016. But they had responded anything. So i started calling hotline number [protected]. Every time i use to call them, they used to only one statement ticket has been raised. Imei will be updated with 7-15 business days. But due to accident device was damage while travelling. Reset of the email conversation can be updated by attachment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
