Claim no.: policy no.: 130011/48/2014/152 I have taken mobile with insurance of oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd on 5.6.2014, mobile was theft on 13.1.2015 Immediately i have given complaint at polish station & also informed to oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd. I had submitted all documents as per there formate on 30.4.15 Oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd people have also confirmed with me, what amount they have to pay me & i was accepted. After that may times i had followup with them, still we have not received our insurance amount & also not received any feedback from them. When i was followup with them, they just given us reply like will do something. But not getting result after so many efforts taken. After one year pass, still not received insurance amount from them. We are not at all satisfied with service of oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd. People should think twice before taking mobile insurance of oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd. Already we are waiting since 1 year.
We have not received any feedback from OneAssist. After taking somuch time still no response from them.
I am sure many cases must be there same issues.
What is the meaning of takeing mobile insurance like this type of company not willing to pay money to customer.
After submitting all documents, then why they don't want solve the problem.
So we request you kindly take necessary steps for the same.

Very poor service form one assist. they are running a fraud company. I suggest we place a Class action lawsuit on the company. Contact me at [protected]@gmail.com and we all can place a lawsuit on the company.
MY phone is with them for 1 month now but it is still under pending approval from insurance company.
They are way past their time frame for the approval but still no reply or calls from oneassist.
My repair estimate is way higher just for a broken s7 edge display, but they are changing the back place as well as the motherboard. When asked them for re-approval copy, they are not sending the same.
Let us all take action and show company like these that they cant do whatever they please without any consequence!!!
