[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Redmi 3s refund not received | |||
Dear sir I bought policy from OneAssist Insurance for my handset. I had claimed for refund 2 months ago after I got liquid damage of my handset Redmi 3s. I have not received claim amount even after 15 days of submitting documents as required by OneAssist. Request number #1741813. Now I am trying to call customer care from my registered number from 3 days but no one is responding. I am very disappointed by such service and planning to complaint through all platforms.
