[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — refund and cancellation about wallet protection plan | |||
Last year oneassist have deducted rs.1700 from my icici saving acount without any permission. I have contacted them many times for refund of my money and cancellation of any wallet protective plan. But till now it was not credited back to my account. Again i got a intimation letter today to renew for another year on 13th september 2017 which will be charged rs. 1899. I again contacted oneassist customer care for deactivation of this. Please cancel the plan as soon as possible. My relationship no is 1294427. Was this information helpful? | |||
