[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — refund request

Address:P-28,Mana Jardin apartment,near to Wipro, Doddakanneli, 560035

I have received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 11/02/18 without my permission.. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

I already called on [protected] and raise the complained, but i didn't receive any complainant number.

Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap

This issue is not yet resolved and still they are deducting from my account. And now I am due with 6630 amount in credit card. i don't know how they have charged this amount again after the first deduction of 1899 amount.

I want all my money back, Please help me on this matter.

I have this below numbers from OneAssist Plan.

Regd vide SR[protected] on 02-Nov-18
Membership No : IA5070563(activated on 9/7/18)
