OneAssist Consumer Solutions — regarding cancellation and refund

I am a hdfc bank debit card holder. The bank has debited rs. 1899/- on the name of one assist from my debit card number ending with 3394 without my concern on date:07/02/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. According to the one assist cancellation policy there is a clause of refund in 0-15 days, but when i spoke to one of the executive she simply says there will be no refund. This is really pathetic. I want my debited amount so please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- or i will escalate this issue to the higher authorities. Your plan has been cancelled on 09th February, 2020. The refund will be initiated within 5 workings from the cancellation date to the account from which the amount was deducted . Kindly take it on a serious note and cancel this plan and initiate my refund as soon as possible. Otherwise I will escalate this issue to the higher authorities.
