Hi My name is saravanan I have requesting to cancellation of my one assist membership i called much time to my cancellation till now there is no response from one assist team. Cancellation ref :2823487 given by Mr Brijesh from one assist while I complaint through Google rating on 30th Jan 2018 he replied on 31st jan he says your amount will be refunded within seven working days but till now there is no amount refund to my account Kindly assist and do the needful. I have already raised regarding my cancellation they accept my cancellation but they are not refund my amount till now i raised this concern on 31st Jan what they said now your card already renewal and taken 19 days so we will not refund that amount
But I started on 31st itself so kindly assist and do the needful.
