[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Regarding my claim complaint | |||
Respecter sir, My membership id no is : [protected], my handset display broken on march 2nd week after that i complaint to one-assist costume care, they told me to submit all the documents and i too submit all documents. But they ask me replacement Letter! Because last year for this same problem i give my handset to one-assist company they solve my problem and replaced my handset so my handset imei no will be changed but they don't give any replacement letter are all. Then i ask costume care regarding about the replacement letter, they take many request but not taken any action I call to costume care more then 50 times but all executive telling the same answer like this (With in 48 hr your problem will be solved otherwise your backed dept will be call you) i request them to transfer my call to any other team leader or higher officer but they hold my call and disconnected the call morethen 10 times executive disconnected my call Still my problem not solved not even take single step, i am totally very disappoint on your oneassist insurance company this my last letter regarding my claim i[censored] not solved my problem, definitely i take a legal action on your company and i am very serous about it.
