[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Regarding re-pick up and service | |||
Hi Team This is Akbar Basha from Chennai. I am very disappointed with service of this One Assist company. I raised a complaint on 6 December 2016, regarding display damage, they rectify the problem and handover it to me on 10 Jan 2017. Then immediately I notices my 3.5 Audio Jack is not work properly, but it was works well before the service. So I raised the complaint again on 12 Jan 2017, they re-picked up my hand set on 10 Feb 2017. They took more than 25 days to just for re-pick up. After that there is no any proper response from One Assist. I called them so many times, after long hold they just say it's in processing, but they didn't mention in which stage it is. Few Information about my compaints: Mobile Model: MI4 (64GB) My Complaint Service Request number 1740066 Attached copy of re-pick up acknowledgement. Kindly do the needful.
