[Resolved] Oneassist Consumer Solutions — regarding refund of ber of my damaged mobile

Hello sir,

I had sent my damaged mobile to oneassist as it was covered under insurance.

After much time i got a reply that i will be getting a refund worth 6449.. And i have to submit required documents for the refund...

So i emailed the documents at settlement desk email immediately...

Since then many days passed till now i got no reply from their side regarding the document i had sent...

Then i emailed them asking them the status of refund...
Then also no reply came..

Many days are passed and i have got no reply and no refund...

So sir plzz help me so i can get my refund...

Sir I received your last email stating that to give required documents scan copy t..

But till now I haven't got any reply since I emailed required documents..

Hello sir there had been many days since i sent you my damaged mobile by courier...

I had been told to email to logistic. Support@oneassist.in the required documents to facilitate the refund process..

In return i immediately emailed you the courier slip to the above addresss along with the bank account details...

I had been told that i will get refund within 7-10 days..

Now more than 13 days have been passed but neither i got the reply from your side and neither i got the refund

My details are as follows:

The date which courier slip was sent : 30-08-17

So sir i hope you will resolve my issue soon and provide refund soon...


Update: i had emailed again the required document as per your request till now i haven't got any reply?..

The amount of refund is rs 250
