One assist has been providing me with their annual plan worth Rs. 1, 399/- pe year starting from 10th Jan'2020.

I had never applied or given approval/consent for such a coverage niether to one assist nor to IndusInd Bank.

Attaching screenshot for the same where it clearly mentions that it was bank induced sale (which means no consent/ approval was taken from me).

I would like to claim a refund of Rs. 5, 596/- (1, 399 *4) that has been deducted from my account since 4 Years.

It came to my notice today 11th July, 2023.

I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this for my card protection. Without
My permission they took my 2599rs from my debit Card. Then I call to axis bank they told me this is another service. So we can't help you.

I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money. Otherwise I will also no more as axis Bank customer. Thanks

Hi Team,

I have purchased realme 43inch Tv with one assist in policy from Flipkart on 6th aug 2022.

Now I have applied for accidental claim wherein as policy document and inspection report i m eligible for claim, but company instead if repairing offer 50% cost of repairing.

While I called in customer care they informed me that terms and conditions mentioned in website and policy that 50% value will be approved for repair which is mentioned in any pointers.

When i bought my protection plan there was no information about it that you have to at least 18 to avail the insurance (at the time of buying it), and now when i am 18 plus and i am trying to claim it they are rejecting my request by saying that you are an underage customer even though i am not at the time of incident. So basically it was all waste for me to buy this protection plan and i wasn't even informed about it.
I want them to accept my claim and fix my device as soon as possible because i have all my important data on the device.

The technician came with a damaged cooling coil which he said got damaged on his bike. I emailed your team and explained everything and also emailed the pictures and video of it, however the response was that I need to raise a new request because the current request is closed stating that the customer refused the service. The request was closed without taking my consent or speaking to me which clearly shows the inadequate approach towards the customer service.

I have cancelled ur plan, please refund my amount deducted 999rs as early as possible, otherwise I will have to forcefully file a complaint against ur company.

My one assist accidental insurance is active . The screen of my iPad under cover got damaged at home accidentally with a hiton the screen . I submitted the claim and they came out with a reason that it’s miscellaneous category and not accidental because I have not mentioned what hit the screen . I haven’t mentioned so as to be brief and make. If required I could have given entire story in detail. But they refused and rejected it .. As I have this insurance I can’t go to Apple for repairs .Apple is asking to pay 62000 to replace as they don’t repair .

Abhi 3 month ho chuke he but Har bar sir 2 din 5 din 7 din aesa hi bolte he. 3 month me pareshan kar diya he koi responsibility nahi he Compny ki aese bat karte he. Mere sath jo bhi dispute hua tha wo amount mene credit card me pay kar diya he but claim k 3 months bad bhi Oneassist wale kuch nahi karte time dete he har bar. Aese pareshan hone se achha he kisi or ki policy le li hoti. Bolte he ap game mail karo ham apka contact kare ge last kitne mail kiya contact to dur reply bhi nahi kar rahe. Mene abhi tak shayad 50-60 mail kiye he but fir bhi 90 days me koi claim clear nahi kiya policy ka paisa lo costumer ko ullu banavo bas aese hi ho raha he

I have received a call with regards to the cancellation, but the customer care official was speaking in Hindi and hence I could not understand her. I request somebody to call who can speak in English as I am not well versed in Hindi. The call was also placed during class hours as a result I could not confirm my cancellation, I could not call the number back after class hours and although I told the customer care official to call in Half an hour, I received no call back. I request a refund back for the amount debited without my consent and a cancellation of my services to one assist that has been subscribed to without my authorisation.
