Money debited from my account

Address:4-1981//1, srinivasa colony HYD

Five days ago my account showed deduction of rupees 1399 for PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap. I will put this matter in consumer forum....

Hello OneAssit Team,

On Oct'17th my tv feel down due to wind from near by window as it was rainy time. Due to this I raised an accidental claim from one assit on Oc17th ID:17303111 and the customer care told me guided me frame saying personal installation by my hand so that insurance will be claimed and i would need to pay only 500rs.

Then the insurance person named Bhavesh called from your team and said claim...

Fake e mails

Spam mails from the company which means very soon they will empty my account balance under pretext of giving fake service. I request ED to take a serious note and investigate the affairs of this white collar entity....

Extended warranty not being taken seriously

I had raised a complaint earlier about extended warranty not being followed by one assist on 24th aug . This complaint is regarding Hi Sense model fridge which is not cooling the lower compartments . After raising the complaint in this site I got a call and technician was sent to look into the matter . Rs 1399 deducted from my account without any acknowledgement

Pathetic TV repair service

Hi, My name is Nilesh Jadhav,
I have raised a service request to one assist that My TV is Showing VU logo but just after that its disappears, the engineer visited and he said, back light needs to be replaced . then he have collected the TV and said it will go to Andheri Yard for Backlight replacement.

Insurance claim rejected and fooled

I claimed my mobile insurance for accidental damage but they rejected saying external force not there.

My phone fell from my hand while taking from pocket while getting down from car and I literally fell down too with my phone.My hand was the force and display got broken due to hit by stone. But this insurance people are fooling people by rejecting. Please help me and save people from buying insurance from this company....

On 17/06/2022 i received a messege from icici bank. They told me about Card protection and With out my permission they took my 1899 rs from my credit card.. And i call to icici bank they told me this is another service.. So we cant help you.
