I had purchased an extended warranty of 3 years for my Asus laptop.After one and a half years I experienced that my laptop battery was draining very fast so I went for a claim in one assist.Ghere I came to know that I was under age to claim the extended warranty.This age limit thing was not informed while purchasing the policy and there was also no option to return the policy when I came to know about the age limit.This company is bluffing people

    I Gopika Sethna registered mobile number with bank [protected] received a email from axis bank that Rs 2199 was deducted with my permission from my account for one assist service which I haven't activated . And I called axis bank they told me this is another service so we can't help.

    I just want to deactivate this service and get refund otherwise I will no longer be a axis bank customer.

      I Gopika sethna registered mobile number with bank [protected] received a email from axis bank about card protection (one assist service)without my permission they took/deducted Rs.2199 from my account and I called axis bank they told me this is another service so we can't help you.

      I Just want to deactivate this service and refund the money otherwise I will no more be an axis customer Thanks

        I didn't activate One Assist services, without my knowledge Rs 2199 amount was debited.

        I was Depressed because of it, so please refund my Rs 2199 amount.

          I purchased insurance worth 5500 in march 2021 and then after no claim for one year, again extended service for one year with same amount . so in total i have paid one assist 11000 for my device .. few days back when my device accidentally got damaged, i raised the claim and device was picked up.but they diagnosed it for repair of 15500 whereas i know that device was damaged beyond that, battery need replacement and audio is not working . this diagnosis was false and was deliberately made to reduce my claim amount and so that they dont have to replace my mobile...which they claimed in first place when they were offering me insurance. even after multiple followup, they behaved like robot and not listening to my issue and asking me 2500 to go ahead with repair . i am asking for complete diagnosis and battery replacement.. my mobile is not in condition that only 15500 repair will suffice, it need battery replacement and i repeatedly requested for replacemnet of mobile and i am ready to pay the difference amount. they are behaving like robot.

            I Received SMS from AXIS BANK that RS-1399/- has been deducted from my debit card for ONE ASSIST SERVICES without my permission. I didn't get any mail from one assist ever regarding any service nor have I added my bank details there. This type o[censored]se of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

            Please deactivate my service or whatsoever and refund my money ASAP

              Today Rs 1399 has been debited from axis bank account saying one assist services. I have never even registered for one assist nor have I ever added bank details to one assist.

              Please kindly refund my account as I am a student and this much money being debited without my permission is not a joke. If the refund is not done quickly I may have to go to higher authority.

                I bought Apple Macbook Air M1 on 11th March 2022 along with One Assist Insurance amounting to Rs. 3199/- for one year insurance of physical damage.
                My device got damaged due to unforseen reason and requested the company to claim insurance in the end of September 2022. The process of verification of documentation took 1 month and after so long, they gave the feedback as "We regret to inform you that your claim request number 17030195 has been closed due to CCR42_IMPROPER HANDLING on Oct 22, 2022".

                No any further information shared or any further verification was conducted.

                I would request to investigate in the matter and provide relief to the consumer.

                  Purchased Orient make water geyser from Flipkart in Nov2020. Orient gave 2 years comprehensive warranty and 5 years warranty on water tank. One assist also was offfering one year extended warranty on replication basis of 2 years OEM warranty that means one assist need to attend and make my geyser functional for third year.

                  When I lodged the complaint they denied to coordinate and arrange all the parts including water storage tank to resolve my issue. It's been almost 7 days, my problem is pending for resolution.

                  ASM Naveen is useless fellow and provide false commitments.

                    I have purchase a laptop with one assist " complete laptop protection "
                    on 11 jan-2023 my laptop got damage and I file a complaint with one assist for repair wide complain no 18752807 .

                    I got a call from their customer care and he asked to submit all the document . after that i was inform that they can not process my claim as broken reason not described .

                    I have escalate matter then again got call and ask for wait 2 days, after 5 day they again reject claim.

                    as I also not know how it got damage how can I describe, if they can not process they why asking document and call several time .

                    they are fooling people in the name of complete protection,

                      On 15th of December, 2022 an amount of 2199 INR was debited from my Axis bank account in regards to a insurance policy related to One Assist, I am not sure about what this service entails, and im not interested in availing its services. In spite of trying to contact One Assist thorough the phone numbers listed on the website - I have received no reply.
                      I would like to cancel my current plan and get a refund for the amount debited. Inform me on steps to be taken.

                        With utter Disappointment & Frustration, I am utterly shocked to see how OneAssist have been handling insurance claim by depriving by paying only part payment of Rs 24000/- against my insurance protection plan of 70K-80 K, reasoning beyond economic repair (BER) which is extremely unfair & unlawful.

                        On Dec10, I met an accident on the road & the mobile got thrown away when a car hit me from my back. I got injuries on my bodies. The mobile got damaged.

                        I raised a complain immediately (within 5 hrs of the incident) on your mobile app on Dec 10. Unfortunately, It took a long time to get the device picked up by your courier (At Bangalore) after chasing your customer services teams for several times. Certainly the customers should not expect this kind of services. The purpose of “mobile insurance” is completely defeated. It has to be prompt & immediately.

                        After several follow ups with your customer services, I received the reply yesterday, Dec 19 that the device is beyond economic repair (BER) & approved Rs 24000/- which is 1/4 th cost of the policy taken. My phone got “Accidental damage”, it is absolutely surprising that you are unable to Repair, in that case you are supposed to REPLACE or REFUND money. I have not paid hepty insurance premium, Rs 7999/- ie 10% of the device value for fun, right !!

                        What you say on the website “You don’t have to worry about accidental damage any more “ is a completely Hoax!

                        I have not received the insurance copy of the policy with your hidden terms & conditions to deprive the customer by paying ¼ value of the insurance covered.

                        I felt completely cheated. I find your style of working is unfair & it’s a complete violation of laws of the land by depriving & misleading common people under the grab of “mobile protection insurance”.

                        I await for your immediate action to REPAIR OR REPLACE OR REFUND without playing around

                            I ordered IFFALCON 43INCH 4K LED TV on Flipkart ON 27/09/2022 also buy one assist Complete Appliance Protection plan. my plan activate on 5/10/22.
                            my LED got accidentally damaged on 21/11/22 and I raise a service request. and my service request accepts by them after a couple of tries.

                            After 2 days Service expert Mr.Shabbir Shaikh_OA ([protected]) call me to send an LED picture and I send him my led picture throw WhatsApp.

                            After 2 days when I call OneAssist helpline Number to Repair my led, they told me that my LED Panel got Damaged and we will not Repair / Replace Led Panel, they offer approx (BR) Inr7200/- For this.
                            But when I ask the led Panel Price they told me something like 14000 INR. If the Repair cost is approx 14000 then why I should take 7200 INR.
                            I Didn't want any Cash Amount, I Just Want to repair My LED tv. but they refuse to repair my led tv.

                              I booked my service request ID18307800 on 14dec22for Repair of my washing Machine but service request rejected on16Dec without any resolvation, as it was asked 5500/for repair of drum .
                              I got home assist plan on 26th Nov 2022 At Vasundhara Ghaziabad district by your Agent Mr Sarvar who made my telephonic conversation with his senior with the assurance that all is covered in this plan excluded plastic body.At that time my washing machine was in good running condition but now all of sudden problem in drum happend and service request was rejected with comments that repair cost is not being paid.It is not fair because at the time of purchase the plan specially it was told that drum and motor part is also covered.

                                Led tv repair

                                I ordered VU GLO LED TV in Flipkart, i recieved the Product servie excutive done installation, after 10 days the TV in not working, then I raised a complaint in VU TV COSTOMER CARE, then the service engineer visited and found that tha pannel is physically damaged, I taken a policy COMPLETE DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN IN ONE ASSIST and he suggested to contact to insurance team.in this regard I raised a service request number is 17789339.

                                  I have raised a claim last Friday (Nov 25) as my device's wifi was not working without any accident and I want to get it repaired as well as replace the screen which has a scratch.They are calling me 2-4 times a day without making any progress in claim since today where as one assist portal says it can take 48 hours maximum to get it approved.Why oneassist is lying and frauding customer? Last time also they have asked for 18k from my pocket to repair my device saying insurance provider rejected it whereas service center repaired it for free.
                                  If needed I can raise this to consumer forum as I have all the call records in place how oneassist cheated me last time and trying to cheat me this time also.Please give me a proper resolution with compensation
