I have purchase a laptop with one assist " complete laptop protection "
on 11 jan-2023 my laptop got damage and I file a complaint with one assist for repair wide complain no 18752807 .

I got a call from their customer care and he asked to submit all the document . after that i was inform that they can not process my claim as broken reason not described .

I have escalate matter then again got call and ask for wait 2 days, after 5 day they again reject claim.

as I also not know how it got damage how can I describe, if they can not process they why asking document and call several time .

they are fooling people in the name of complete protection,

    On 15th of December, 2022 an amount of 2199 INR was debited from my Axis bank account in regards to a insurance policy related to One Assist, I am not sure about what this service entails, and im not interested in availing its services. In spite of trying to contact One Assist thorough the phone numbers listed on the website - I have received no reply.
    I would like to cancel my current plan and get a refund for the amount debited. Inform me on steps to be taken.

      With utter Disappointment & Frustration, I am utterly shocked to see how OneAssist have been handling insurance claim by depriving by paying only part payment of Rs 24000/- against my insurance protection plan of 70K-80 K, reasoning beyond economic repair (BER) which is extremely unfair & unlawful.

      On Dec10, I met an accident on the road & the mobile got thrown away when a car hit me from my back. I got injuries on my bodies. The mobile got damaged.

      I raised a complain immediately (within 5 hrs of the incident) on your mobile app on Dec 10. Unfortunately, It took a long time to get the device picked up by your courier (At Bangalore) after chasing your customer services teams for several times. Certainly the customers should not expect this kind of services. The purpose of “mobile insurance” is completely defeated. It has to be prompt & immediately.

      After several follow ups with your customer services, I received the reply yesterday, Dec 19 that the device is beyond economic repair (BER) & approved Rs 24000/- which is 1/4 th cost of the policy taken. My phone got “Accidental damage”, it is absolutely surprising that you are unable to Repair, in that case you are supposed to REPLACE or REFUND money. I have not paid hepty insurance premium, Rs 7999/- ie 10% of the device value for fun, right !!

      What you say on the website “You don’t have to worry about accidental damage any more “ is a completely Hoax!

      I have not received the insurance copy of the policy with your hidden terms & conditions to deprive the customer by paying ¼ value of the insurance covered.

      I felt completely cheated. I find your style of working is unfair & it’s a complete violation of laws of the land by depriving & misleading common people under the grab of “mobile protection insurance”.

      I await for your immediate action to REPAIR OR REPLACE OR REFUND without playing around

          I ordered IFFALCON 43INCH 4K LED TV on Flipkart ON 27/09/2022 also buy one assist Complete Appliance Protection plan. my plan activate on 5/10/22.
          my LED got accidentally damaged on 21/11/22 and I raise a service request. and my service request accepts by them after a couple of tries.

          After 2 days Service expert Mr.Shabbir Shaikh_OA ([protected]) call me to send an LED picture and I send him my led picture throw WhatsApp.

          After 2 days when I call OneAssist helpline Number to Repair my led, they told me that my LED Panel got Damaged and we will not Repair / Replace Led Panel, they offer approx (BR) Inr7200/- For this.
          But when I ask the led Panel Price they told me something like 14000 INR. If the Repair cost is approx 14000 then why I should take 7200 INR.
          I Didn't want any Cash Amount, I Just Want to repair My LED tv. but they refuse to repair my led tv.

            I booked my service request ID18307800 on 14dec22for Repair of my washing Machine but service request rejected on16Dec without any resolvation, as it was asked 5500/for repair of drum .
            I got home assist plan on 26th Nov 2022 At Vasundhara Ghaziabad district by your Agent Mr Sarvar who made my telephonic conversation with his senior with the assurance that all is covered in this plan excluded plastic body.At that time my washing machine was in good running condition but now all of sudden problem in drum happend and service request was rejected with comments that repair cost is not being paid.It is not fair because at the time of purchase the plan specially it was told that drum and motor part is also covered.

              Led tv repair

              I ordered VU GLO LED TV in Flipkart, i recieved the Product servie excutive done installation, after 10 days the TV in not working, then I raised a complaint in VU TV COSTOMER CARE, then the service engineer visited and found that tha pannel is physically damaged, I taken a policy COMPLETE DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN IN ONE ASSIST and he suggested to contact to insurance team.in this regard I raised a service request number is 17789339.

              I bought a 40inch Kodak tv from Flipkart with 3 year extended warranty and complete protection plan of 1299/- my tv display damaged by accident.now one assist company is not repairing my or refund my amount. Company agent not visited a my place for repair and ask me on phone that your tv is not under claim condition

                I have raised a claim last Friday (Nov 25) as my device's wifi was not working without any accident and I want to get it repaired as well as replace the screen which has a scratch.They are calling me 2-4 times a day without making any progress in claim since today where as one assist portal says it can take 48 hours maximum to get it approved.Why oneassist is lying and frauding customer? Last time also they have asked for 18k from my pocket to repair my device saying insurance provider rejected it whereas service center repaired it for free.
                If needed I can raise this to consumer forum as I have all the call records in place how oneassist cheated me last time and trying to cheat me this time also.Please give me a proper resolution with compensation

                    My Axis account is debited with 2, 199/- and it says it says regarding One Assist services. I didn't opt for any service. I got a call from [protected] they explained some benefits which I have on my card. But then they didn't inform about anything about the charges or opting for the services. I don't want any one Assist services. I need a complete refund of 2, 199/- which was debited.

                      Still, my problem is not resolved. I called your customer care and mailed from last 01 month but still no one gave a proper answer and resolved my problem.

                      whenever i login in one assist app for to book service but it shows you have no active service.

                      I have been facing a cooler problem issue from last month but still one assist team is not interested in giving a proper response and has not yet sent a technical person to check the cooler.

                      We have not purchased your service to repair the product. we purchased your service to resolve the issue and replace the new with quality product, but one assist not providing the proper service and product quality. This is third class service from one assist and we don't want to buy any series from one assist.

                        I got my Google pixel 7 pro from Flipkart on 15th October along with a free screen protection insurance from Oneassist and the phone had an unfortunate fall because of its slippery design and the back glass shattered in 2 days. I got in touch with Oneassist on 17th October and did all the documents verification after which my phone was picked up by 20th October. They did all the approvals and everything and only then picked up mug phone but then started the delays and unprofessional handling.. Everyday I got a call that they have no idea about my device because they have sent it to Google service team but there is no response from their end and that's it's under observation and I was asked to wait for 24-48 hours every single day. When I escalated the issue more and more, I finally got an estimation on 4th November and I was shocked to know that there was a battery damage as well and I had to pay ₹14, 200 more because that was not in their policy! I hardly used the phone for 24 hours, then how is a battery replacement necessary? Once I called them to ask more details, nobody was willing to talk about the issue.. I asked them for a detailed estimation and they failed to provide. Once I escalated it more, they told me that there might be a mistake from Google service team in providing the estimation and it must have been a fault from their end. I still listened to then and waited patiently. On 6th November I got a call from their team that they do not cover Back glass damages under the insurance and they will send my device back. I was shocked to hear this from them. I didn't argue with anyone of them and I told them to give my phone back. They are so unprofessional and none of them can get any issue resolved.
                        Now I'm waiting for my phone and if there is an actual battery damage, I'm going to file a court case as well against the company for mishandling my brand new phone and sharing false information and once they did not have any option, they just sent my device back saying it doesn't cover under their policy.

                          Five days ago my account showed deduction of rupees 1399 for PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap. I will put this matter in consumer forum.

                            Hello OneAssit Team,

                            On Oct'17th my tv feel down due to wind from near by window as it was rainy time. Due to this I raised an accidental claim from one assit on Oc17th ID:17303111 and the customer care told me guided me frame saying personal installation by my hand so that insurance will be claimed and i would need to pay only 500rs.

                            Then the insurance person named Bhavesh called from your team and said claim is rejected as it is under negligence .. i told him that one assist customer care only told me to frame this way he didn't listen spoke rudely and asked me to contact customer care

                            Then i came back to Customer care chat support and told them i have concern about wrong guidance by the team and them they told me on chat that pls reframe description and put a new claim 17243244 again.

                            On Oct 21st bhavesh again called me spoke to me rudely saying we cant process claim again as it was rejected first time amd told me to speak to customer support and not process claim

                            I called customer support one person finally guided me to write description as it happened now i have submitted 3rd claim

                            I want to understand why customer care wrongly guided me frist time with false information and action to be taken on bhavesh for rudely handling customer

                            I have initiated claim 3rd time with all that happened need you team to support and resolve it properly this time

                                Is there any one who cares here?
                                its been 15days my ac has been taken for repair and no prompt reply!
                                I have talked to n number of executives and no one gives me an assured reply.
                                “Today-Tomorrow” These are lines i get to hear without any substance.
                                There’s no one taking responsibility

                                What shall i do now?
                                I requested for Refund of the invoice value, they just delay it saying, it’ll be installed back in a day or two, I’m hearing it from last 2weeks.

                                please reply asap if there’s any one responsible in Oneassist

                                I haven’t even received a single mail, even after i have mailed them 4times.

                                Below is the last mail, i have sent to oneassist mail id’s (OneAssist HomeAssist : [protected]@oneassist.in and [protected]@oneassist.in ), i would have even mailed to their complaint cell or any order damn department if i had knowledge about it. I asked them, but they never let me know if such mail id existed in their company.

                                And now i’l will be moving to further proceedings externally (legally : by a Lawyer) (as oneassist had failed to resolve the issue prudently)

                                Below is my last mail:

                                Hello,

                                I won’t elaborate more about the past, because everything is recorded on calls for evidence and on many things on mails too.

                                my all details are with you, no requirement for providing it back.

                                1) You couldn’t repair my ac as per your companies policy of 10days
                                2) I waited for 20days, even then no satisfied and prudent resolution
                                3) My complaint no 37005 was resolved without my consent that states the executives behaviour is irresponsible and not a single call or mail for my complaint was sent to me
                                4) You took away my case to PNA (part not available), i waited for my ac to be fitted for 20days, and then lastly i’m receiving a part value for my AC, which is not prudent, as the part was not made available in the stipulated time of 10days, as per agreement. so PNA settlement after these days is meaningless.

                                Today a 1ton 5star AC costs around 30, 000.(because oneassist was ready to insure, i bought marq ac, so, oneassist was responsible for the ac to be in working condition)

                                So, oneassist is responsible for these 23days and also ongoing days (till oneassist finalises this case and finishes as per prudence)

                                My Claim as on 17th Sept 2022 is as below;

                                I take back all my claim requests which i shared before, as on today, because, i’m taking the next step and revising my claim as below;

                                Case to be continued extenally as,
                                Oneassist has failed to listen to my concerns and award me the claim of my nonworking ac in the stilpulated time as per the policy agreement.

                                My claim from today onwards;

                                1) AC invoice value : 23, 000/-

                                2) Policy Amount: 2, 000/-

                                3) Legal Fees : as per charges of the lawyer (on Oneassist, because i never intended to, but, the incompetent oneassist staff executives, have forced me to hire a lawyer and shift this case outside oneassist in a court (be it any amount oneassist will be liable for this)

                                4) Harassment charges : Amount to be finalised based on how oneassist tortures me even after these 23days and oneassist and there staff executives are liable for this, who have failed to resolve this issue and rather delay my complaint (sometimes even marking it resolved even without my consent), Forgetting that the customer is staying without the AC till now (its 23rd day today and counting). From past 23days me and my brother have fed up from you support team and there fake promises. Sometimes i feel that i should complain for additional harassment charges on the staff executives who just fake away commitments and then forget what they promised. And now is the time i’m initiating these wordings. I am claiming the harassment charges for these days and counting, till this case closes.

                                5) All Other Charges involved to receive my Claim amount of AC viz. and invoice includes the Invoice value(23, 000), policy amount (2, 000), Legal Fees (as required and till oneassist doesn’t understand and resolve the issues i’m facing prudently), Harrasment charges (I have left my business for hours to deal with the oneassist executives (the calls were worthless, there practiced scripts that we “understand your concern and will try to resolve it”, these statements were just for saying purpose only, and these words were never implemented actually, because no one took the responsibility to close this case prudently.

                                To get my AC claim amount back, all charges which i’m gonna incur (till i receive the amount), will be on Oneassist.

                                because you run away from responsibility, when on call. You disconnect the call and do not even call back, (for instance: yesterday in the noon, you called and for some reason you disconnected the call and then didn’t even bother to call back, we had a 17minute talk, wasn’t it important for you to close with 17minute talk with proper resolution) (by the way, you never stepped into my shoes in these 23days and understood my concern, you just delayed and delayed and still are delaying this case, which is a very serious offence.                                 First of all i had raised a complaint after forcing the executive to raise (he tried to deny, but i did raise).

                                how? no clue

                                After these 18-20days you are refunding me a part value and this amount will be useless for me as the part is unavailable (because if you couldn’t arrange how can i?)

                                Now if you say that part will be made available by you, it’ll take even more days to find the part. And then after finding, it’ll be shipped, then delivered, then installed!!! how much time will it take?

                                I just want the refund of my invoice value i.e. 23, 000 and i paid rs 2000 for the policy!!! that amount of premium payment has been rendered useless, as even after 20days you could not resolve the request.

                                How much more should oneassist customer suffer?
                                From past 20days me and my brother have fed up from you support team and there fake promises. Sometimes i feel that i should complain for additional harassment charges on the staff executives who just fake away commitments and then forget what they promised.

                                I request you to process me the whole amount of my AC, as i won’t be able to get this repaired.

                                I’ll get a new AC asap, i can’t resist sleeping in this weather without AC, You can’t even believe how we slept without ac for these 20days.

                                I am a straight business man, i don’t have this much time to deal in these issues, even then we gave away hours daily to get our issue resolved asap, but oneassist team didn’t help with resolutions.
                                They just Delayed! Delayed! Delayed!

                                  Below i am facing the service issue and still problem not resolved.

                                  we have not purchased your service to repair the product. we purchased your service to resolve the issue and replace the new with quality product, but one assist not providing the proper service and product quality.

                                  I raised the first complaint on dt.1st Aug 2022 (Service Request No.[protected], your technician visited at home and checked that the cooler motor is not working. He is visiting again after 8 days with a new motor, but the motor is local and the quality of the motor is not good. your person replaced the local motor and then said cooler fan issue and took the pin and closed the complaint without any information.

                                  When I called customer care and again raised the complaint on 16 Aug 2022 (Service Request No.[protected], your technician visited and told motor issues and the last technician fitted the local motor. after that still no any one reply from one assist and still cooler problem not resolved form last 1 month.

                                  If the first-time cooler problem is not resolved, then how did you clear the service bill?. Your technician fitted a local low-quality motor but attached bill motor values shows Rs.3100/- (refer attachment). how it is possible and what prof checked by from your team and how cleared it without customer confirmation.

                                    I would like to acknowledge you with how poor the customer service is getting day by day and how other companies want to take a leap in the same field of consumer solutions as well. I am writing this regarding my experience as I had submitted my phone for replacement and was promised to be returned by 31st August. Despite calling the agents and chatting with the customer service on the application there is still no firm response. Moreover, the first tier customer service agents lack the ability to converse in English. I am trying to get a hold of my device as I have a flight to London on the 5th September and would be unable to carry the device if the delivery has not been received.
