[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — regarding to the cancellation of my plan

Hello,
I have already asked to cancel my existing plan's auto-renewal via oneassist app and also from email. But today i got debited the amount of ₹1899 as auto-renewal of my existing plan from my card without any intimation.

What is going on and what is the use of my cancellation request for auto-renewal?

How can you debit my account without my knowledge. Please refund my amount as i don't want any protection plan for my credit card.
My relationship no 2231291.

One assist deducted an amount from my ICICI Bank account without my consent for a plan which I'm not willing to continued.So please cancel and refund my amount.

Hi,
Customer care representatives call me and told that the auto-renew was automatic process. We can't do nothing with that as you are not claim the cancellation request at-least 15 days before the auto-renewal date. They offer me with the conversion of 900 rs basic plan and can repay the remaining money.

I told that, I don't want any single rupee back, take my money and cancel the plan. I don't want any one assist protection plan for my card. They immediately accept and do the further process. But when I ask my money back they argue and told some stories with the help of Terms&Conditions.

As your busy schedule, if you didn't notice the One-assist mail(that didn't had a single word of 'auto-renew') you will definitely loss your money.

Really, they are big frauds as they never want to repay your money.
Better change your name as 'OneAssist fraudulent company'.
