[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — rejection of claim no. 2213385 | |||
Dear sir. I have raised a claim for my mobile vide no. 2213385 but has been rejected stating "claim not required" also mentioning "delay submission" on 06/08/2017. Whereas i submitted the claim well in time schedule. Earlier in the month october-january i raised a claim on account of the same mobile but was traced by the police, so i sent a mail stating that the claim is not required, but presently i have no where stated like the reply sent by your side that claim is not required. I have uploaded all the formalities i may not be harrased by this way or that way. Pl settle the claim at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
