[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — related to cancellation and refund o[censored]nwanted service

I see that you are holding customer bank details and then approaching them with this service offer. And without any proper understanding, misinformed customers (who are from rural population) seem to fall into this trap of subscribing to this service. And then they continue loosing money every year on a service they do not understand or need.

As i just came to know, my father is one of them and I learnt that the fee was deducted from his account for two years in a row. And as i understand he has been contacting your customer care multiple times and the refund never got processed. I am shocked to know that you have all the bank/card details as these are not provided by customer. How ethical is this process? And how this is being allowed in first place?

Can you look into this account and help address the problem immediately?

As per the telephonic conversation. As per the policy you need to cancel membership within 30 days for full refund. Today your refund amount 949/- has been processed. It will take 4 to 5 working days to reflect in your bank account. Appreciate your patience in the interim.

Hi Devendra,
Thanks for the action which we were not able to get through phone call. However customer has contacted Axis Bank and then OneAssist on the same day of renewal (deduction from the account). OneAssist team only took time in processing this and there should be call logging for all these conversations with the customer on his account. Can you please double check on that?

WRT: Mobile insurance https://oneassist.in/general-terms-and-conditions/
As per the link provided (point#6.4) we can cancel services & claim for refund at anytime. Requesting them, they are denying to provide refund & misguiding the customer. I want refund after cancellation of services
