[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — renewal without intimating the customer as per one assist policy | |||
Deat one assist, This is the 2nd year my policy is renewed without my confirmation. Last year when i asked for calculation they asked me that once the policy is activated it's can't be deactivated next year it can't be renewed. Today i got a message from one assist "dear customer your membership has been successfully upgraded to power individual plan. When i'm not using your services from last year then why it had been renwned.. Customer id 297378 When i called today to your customer care and talked with miss pallavi. She asked me that your policy is not renewed call us after 48 hours. After that i received a call from mr rahul [protected] about renuwal of policy. Please do not renew my policy i'm feedup with tor services. Neither i received any call/sms/ courier from your end before renuwal of policy. Was this information helpful? | |||
