[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — renewal without permission | |||||
I received a text messeage from icici bank saying that ₹1, 399 has been taken from my account to renew oneassist. I never requested this renewal, in fact last year i tried to cancel my membership and was forced to keep it for 1 year. I received the message on a sunday so i can’t even contact them directly via live chat or their helpline for cancellation and the message said the renewal will be completed in 1 day.
