[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — repair service not done | |||||
Hello I have done a request on 26.5.2017 service request no. "device claim - service request #2018458" they return my phone by saying it has been repaired. On 6th july 2017. But after 2 days again my phone having network issue. So i again make a request to re-pick up on dt:- 9th july 2017 after that every alternative day i am following up them by call and mail but still there is no responce from the company. Every time i got the same answer that "it will be pickup by 1 working day, 2 working day" but it never happen till date. Plz help me out from this. Resister mobile no. +91-[protected] Mail id:- bej.
