[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Repeated Claim Rejection and Harassment by OneAssist Seeking Consumer Court Intervention

I am filing this complaint against OneAssist for the repeated rejection of my claim with ID 29356519 and the harassment I have faced from their customer service team. The issues I have encountered include:

1. Claim Rejection:
• I purchased my laptop on February 26, 2023.
• On the same night, I bought the OneAssist 2-year extended warranty through their application.
• The system automatically and incorrectly assigned the starting date range for the extended warranty from February 25, 2023.
• Despite providing all necessary proofs, including email confirmation of the purchase date and time, my claim has been rejected multiple times, stating that the invoice date must be the previous day.

2. Harassment and Unprofessional Conduct:
• OneAssist customer care representatives have repeatedly called me, insisting I upload an invoice with an incorrect date.
• I have been forced to explain the situation multiple times without any valid resolution being provided.
• The representatives have pressured me to falsify the invoice date to match their system error.
• The customer care representatives even encouraged me to reach out to the consumer court, which is highly unprofessional and indicates a lack of willingness to resolve the issue internally.

3. Lack of Resolution and Response:
• It has been over two weeks since I first reported the issue, and there has been no valid resolution or acknowledgment of the system error from OneAssist’s side.
• I have been left without a clear solution, and the customer care team has not provided any meaningful assistance or rectification of the problem.

This behavior from OneAssist is unacceptable and has caused significant distress. I request immediate action to be taken against OneAssist for their system error, harassment, and failure to provide a resolution. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will seek further legal action and compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
