[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — request to cancellation of oneassist plan and refund | |
I had got a phone call from one assist plan.He explained about their scheme.At that time they did not tell about their charges.I did not agree to take the plan.I did not give my bank account to him.After somedays. I received a sms from ICICI bank that rs 1899/- has been deducted from my bank account to OneAssist plan without my permission.I have visited ICICI branch many times for cancellation but to no avail.Due to cyclone fani in odisha internet and electri supply was stopped from 2nd may to 10th may.So i am not able to lodge complain.
