[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — requesting for my old claim replacement letter | |||||
Dear sir My mobile was damaged on service request number 1735246 on jan 2017 but when my mobile got replaced i did not receive any documents or replacement letter. I had a second claim service request number 1834364 on mar 18 2017 it got rejected due to replacement letter was not submitted and on 23 mar 2017 i requested a replacement letter from oneassist but till today that is 18 july 2017 there is no update from oneassist team iam regularly calling for every 48 hrs but they are not responding Was this information helpful? | |||||
