My first responce from oneassist was on july 19 where my claim was on 22 march

We have forwarded your request to our team and you shall receive the replacement letter within 48 hours from us. You can than raise a new claim for your second damage.

I request you to not to give false information because u have wasted my time because i have visited 3 samsung service centre to update my imei number but as per samsung information to me was there is no option o[censored]pdating imei number and is a false statement kindly give clarity for this.

Waiting for your response from march 22, one assist is the one of the waste company they call continues for renewal of insurance but when we try to claim they never reply

Still now there is no reply or update

Can any one suggest how can we take this legaly i am ready to put a case on oneassist company
