[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — sharing wrong information to the consumers. | |||
Dear sir, I had given my redmi 3s prime on 22nd of june as per my claim.. After some day they asked me to pay rs. 301 extra other wise my handset won't be able to reach me... I have paid the money n when i talked with the executives they said my mobile will be there on 12th of july to their delivery centre and within 48 hours i will get my mobile... After 48 hours of due date i called them twice a day and each of their executives make a different story.. I m really very frustrated as i can't do anything about my mobile... Now they are saying that my mobile hasn't reach to them from the service centre.. When i asked the address they deny to share the information... Plz give me any solution so that i can get my mobile back... Was this information helpful? | |||
