My insurance claim over redmi note 4 rejected due to a fake reason, they said that i haven't protected my device. Since this device have a 2.5d curved screen i couldn't find a proper screen guard for it. I have protected my device with case but unfortunately it was broken just a few days ago. Before having a new case the damage happened. There was no damage before this incident. So this is a Fake reason from one assist to reject my claim.
