[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Theft claim of mobile | |||||
My phone was theft on 3/01/2014 and i reported that to oneassist for claim. Since my phone was only 10 days old since the date of purchasing so according to insurance upto 6 months of handset will be depreciate by 20%. So the current market value of my phone is rs-13999/ and after depreciation of 20% the amount i should receive rs-11, 199/of the claim. But oneassist is charging another 20 % from the approved amount by rs-2800/ and giving me final amount of rs-8399/ I asked from the company's officials to provide me policy number of insurance where the insurer is "national insurance company" and they are denying to giving me policy number. I have doubt that one assist is cheating me by charging rs-2800/ without any reason. Was this information helpful? | |||||
