OneAssist Consumer Solutions — took money for renewal but denying my insurance cover and not giving back the money | |||||
Oneassist is a fraud company doing malpractices to get client's money. I got a call from one of their executive for renewal of my insurance policy held with them. I told him specifically that my phone was replaced and i have not updated my imei number within the specified time period. He told me that it wont be an issue and he will get it updated and my insrance renewed. I paid the renewal money to oneassist and on verification they are denying my insurance cover giving me a reason that i have not updated my imei number of the replaced phone within 30 days of replacement. This is totally a fraud that if you cannot renew my insurance knowing all the facts then why did you take the money. Now when i am calling them the executives say that they will transfer the call to the cancellation department and keeping me on hold for several minutes. I have mailed the several times but they have not replied to me yet. Technically i did not get the product so they should return my money. Please cancel my renewal policy and return my money.
