Deactivate one assist plan I received sms and email from kotak mahindra bank that "a transaction of rs.1399 has been done on your kotak credit card no. Xx5727 at oneassist consumer sol on 09-feb-2018". I have never requested for their service and have never requested an upgrade as the mail mentioned. This has been done without my permission and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. Further the bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.
