[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unauthorised credit card charges | |
My icici credit card has been charged 1399 rs at oneassist on january 12 2018. This has not been authorised by me. Also, there has been no communication from oneassist team for taking permission for membership renewal. Oneassist team is acting on its own with customers money. Also, oneassist has'nt provided me with any customerid. Kindly refund the amount asap. Was this information helpful? | |
