[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unauthorised debit of 1899 from my kotak credit card | |
I received sms and email from kotak mahindra bank that "a transaction of rs.1899 has been done on your kotak credit card no. Xx9937 at oneassist consumer sol on 27-dec-2018". I have never requested for their service and have never received any call from them. This has been done without my permission and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. Further the bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.
