[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unauthorized amount deduction

Hi there,

I received sms from hdfc bank rs 1399/ deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my cards by the company is really a criminal act and the company and who the hell are you to care about my cards. I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this.
I requested for cancellation last year as well still you didn't cancel my plans and didn't refund my money as well

Please deactivate and refund my money asap including last year charge.
