With aforementioned subject, I, Rameez K. Sumra, received message from OneAssist that “your Enhanced WA Power Single Plan is now active! Your membership number is [protected]” on 5th November 2020, so I checked my credit card bill and they deduct Rs.1399/- on 4th November 2020 in the name of “ONE ASSIST MFEE” which is very criminal act and fraud to me. How dare they deduct from my credit card without my prior permission?? I don’t need their service plus company’s phone call executive officer did not talk in decent manner. I need my money back in 7 working days. If this matter is not resolved by the time specified above, I reserve the right to commence legal proceedings to recover the debt without further notice and this complain may be tendered in court as evidence of your failure to pay. Legal action may result in you having to pay legal costs, interest and could impact on your credit history. Please refund my money and deactivate whatever concerning to me.
