[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Very poor response | |||||
I called to customer care to submit my claim, they said that your previous claim has not closed, we will close it in 48hrs and then you can raise new claim. They have not closed my old claim in their system from six month. nobody knows why. I called customer care 4 times in 8 days still they have not closed my old claim and only response was wait. I asked them to connect me with their seniors, every time response was we can not connect now but we will arrange callback which never come back.
