[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — wallet assist | |||||
I received a call from hdfc bank to upgrade my credit card and along with that they offered me a plan of oneassist, related to the wallet insurance, i gave my consent and then i received various calls from bank and one assist. Finally i a day or two, my plan was activated (As per bank executive and one assist executive), they said that i am going to get a welcome kit soon, which i received in next 10 or so days from dhl, but it was not having any relationship number, when i called the oneassist, they asked my registered mobile number and email id, which i provided, surprisingly they said that we have no plan activated as per the information provided by you, they advised me to send and email on [protected]@oneassist.in, i did the same and they replied me that send from your registered email id, i was using my registered email id only, i again called oneassist and they said, you please try again, i did the same and received the similar reply, then i approached my bank, they said that we are sending an email to one assist and you will received a call from them with in an hour or so, but no call came, then i once again called up one assist and they said we have not received any email from bank, now i have became ping pong boll between bank and one assist both. They say they are helping but query is not resolved till now. One and a half month is already gone and the money is debited to me. The entire episode is happening since first week of july, i received email from bank on 24th july from creditcardops. [protected]@hdfcbank.net. I am so grateful to this portal, now i have got call from oneassist, though i am not happy with them as they are not giving any satisfatory answere to my questions. Now they sent me an email which says "as per your request we have changed your mobile no." whreas i have not asked me any change of number. That means they chatged me but offering the services to some one else. They did not even apologise, trying to coverup the mistake they had done. I have asked them to activate my policy from today 17 August onwards, in case they refuse, i will take help of consumer court. So i waiting for their reply.
