Dear concern, this is to inform you that above product has been miss-sold to me as I have to pay nothing as a premium of the policy, that it would be adjusted with the reward point of my HDFC bank credit card, but day before yesterday when I have received my credit card statement, I have seen that the same amount of premium has been debited from my credit card. I never apply for your service, but your company deduct registration amount without my permission or any notification from my credit card. I want my whole money back.

I think relationship number (provided by you only) is enough to get all the details of a particular customer and that is already provided to you in the subject line…though place note my mobile no. [protected]
and please cancel My policy ASAP and refund my debited money as per your clause no. 6.4 . My policy is in free look in period and I have already complaint as its miss sold to me.
