Team, Last year i had requested for cancelation when i resistered for one assist.. And the team told me that they ll inform me next year before the renewal of the plan priorly. They told they cant cancel the plan for last year, i have paid 1799rs and i have not registered a single card.. This year with out any mail, message, or letter, they have deducted 1899rs from my account and the plan is renewed without my knowledge.. When i called support team, and cancelation team they are telling the same senario as last year that they will cant cancel and refund. And you ll get a call next year before renewal.. I have been paid for no service.. I am wondering just for cancelation, the process is so difficult that i have wasted time for no results, how difficult it will be if i am availing your service. Could you please cancel my plan and refund for the amount.. If not please provide me the details that i have registered last year to cancel the plan, let me take the next step.. I request you to add higher authorities in the mail communication.. I have all the call records of this year.. Worst experience i ever had.. Thanks to understand and the solutions.. My claim was rejected by the claim and the reason was that you had to take care of your phone. According to these people, we do not care about our phones. And secondly, if we were handled by the phone then why would we waste the money why we took insurance.

I haven't applied for membership and amount showing in my bill. Raise a query multiple time & got revert that u will receive a call regarding cancelation within 48 hours but 7 days passed not received any call... Disappointed with service... I want my amount back...
