[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — without my consent one assist fee has been charged | |||
Hi, This is Munna Lal ( ph. no.[protected] and my Relation ship no. is 3034361 and Membership ID [protected].This month my credit card has been charged of Rs 1399 in the name of One assist M fee.1st of all i never opted for this service and withpout my permission it has been done. So i am just requesting you to deactivate my service and refund my money. In the last 3 days i called 3 times to your customer care and and i have been assured that i will get a call from customer care and it will get deactivated. But it just didnt happen. All that i want to say that i have started loosing my patience and please dont extend this issue any further. So it would be so kind of you if you will cancel my service and refund my money or else i will have take legal action against One assist as well Hdfc bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
