[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — wrong excess payment charged | |||
I purchased my policy on 26 February 2018 for redmi note 4 and on 7 November I filed a claim. Today claim got approved on 20 Nov 2018 . Claim amount Rs.3400 but they charger me excess payment of Rs.1000. Oneassist persons are cheating me as while purchase they told me excess payment of 10% on the claim amount which should Rs.340 dont know how they are charging me Rs.1000 even when I called customer care they told me its 10% of invoice bill. I have all the recordings as my proof when I purchased this policy while calling them Was this information helpful? | |||
