[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — wrong plan is delivered and wrong product listed on amazon.in for one assist | |||
I bought mobile protection plan for my iphone x on 14may 2019. It clearly mentioned that apple phone is included in mobile protection plan in list of compatible devices. But today i. E. 17 may 2019 when i received the plan it is for non apple Plan name : "mobile damage protection nonapple_e 60k to 80k" Today is 15 day i bought the phone and i stand no where. How i will activate the mobile protection plan if i receive wrong plan. I called amazon as i bought plan from amazon.in and order no #[protected] and they are asking for service denial letter from one assist. So please provide the same as soon as possible.
