OneAssist — Deactivate / cancel the membership and refund the amount (Relationship no is 1879512.)

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1779 from my credit card number 5522xxxxxxxx2756 on 05/04/2017. And i don't want this membership so
Cancel the membership and refund the same.

Deactivate / cancel & refund the (Relationship no is 1879512.)

Please take necessary action refund the same as early as possible.
