OneAssist — deducted money from my bank account without any prior notice, also i had canceled my subscription last year. | |||||
Oneassist has deducted money from my bank account on several occasion. First of all, i don't require their protection. Second, i have no words, see for yourself, i'll attach the pictures. Total scam. Fine, here goes the story : First time this happen was on 25th august 2018, they had deducted rs 1899 (First time), i immediately complaint and they refuse to process cancelation, later on they downgraded my plan and refunded some money. Rs 800 was refunded to my account in feb 2019. Then again in july, i received a mail addressing an auto-renewal of the plan, following this email from the company, rs 1399 was deducted on 26th august 2019. I proceeded again and complain about this and cancelation mail was sent by them on 5th sept 2019 and this time i was not refunded. I thought this was over until i was hit with this storm once more on the 29th september 2020 and rs 1399 was debited from my account. I am an axis bank customer. I have written an email complaining to my bank about this issue and hopefully they take my matter as serious business. I hope i'm protected and given proper compensation for the loss.
