[Resolved] OneAssist — denial of claim | |||
I have the oneassist protection plan for my samsung galaxy s10 for a year. Recently the phone slipped through my hands as i was climbing down the stair and both front and back panels are broken. It was raining so i needed to hold the side bars which is why i was trying to put the phone in my pocket so i can hold the bars. However, one assist is now denying the claim saying it is the case of improper handling which is not correct. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
