[Resolved] OneAssist — Fraud debit-without my knowledge | |
I brought one Mi phone last year, same time they convenience me about one assistant by mistake I accepted and paid Rs.1899/- for insurance. After that they send me email regarding terms and condition which is absolutely unacceptable actually looted. But again 3rd sep. my account debited Rs.1899/- without my acknowledgement, I enquired with bank then I came to know they used my previous debit card details and debited.
