[Resolved] OneAssist — Mobile not delivered after repair | |||||
My mobile honor 6x screen is damaged. I have taken one assist insurance through online while purchasing mobile from amazon.in. On june 1, the documents have been verified and pickup of the phone from onessist team took my mobile and got a mail that they received all documents. They processed and said i need to pay excess amount rs.366 for further processing. I paid on june 21 and i have the receipt. I still now didnt receive the mobile and whenever i ask the customer care team they say payment not done. I have sent a proof of payment and other mail which received from team that mobile is repaired and waiting for delivery. Please help me to get my mobile back in this regard.
