Hi, I have purchased a plan of mobile insurance from oneassit in 12 april but due to pre exist damage it was not processed however oneassist charged ₹1614. Next day i got a mail that i will be recieved my cash refund but till now i havent. I tried many call and sent mail many times but neither i am getting response on mail nor on call.
