Dear Sir, I have placed an order on 24th of October (Protnor weight lifting package). Product was supposed to be delivered by 7-10 days but it didn't. So I called customer care service for more than 10 times, and each and every time I got different answers. After waiting for 21 days I finally cancelled my order on 13th October because of poor service and negative response from customer care support. At the time of cancellation one of the execute told me that with in 48 I would receive confirmation SMS, but didn't receive too. Please find my order details as below.
