Got installed on 15th November. First time after installation when I tried opening the TV, it didn't work. I complained to the CC the same day who took the complain as DOA and told me that the issue will get resolved in 5-7 working days. Since, then I am calling CC and everybody is saying the same thing that the issue will get resolved in 5-7 days, though I have not received any call from oneplus's side

    I had purchased oneplus wireless bullets z headphones from SS communications kolhapur.After using them for 6 month my left side headphone stopped working so i had given it for replace to ss communications latur as it was in warranty period. So its been 2 and half month now but i havent recieved my headphones back.The executives just keep saying that there is a problem from companies end. It is very bad experience i have viaited the store many times but they keep saying the same thing again and agin. Please do something about it.I am really tired visiting the store and asking for my headphones back.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Defect OnePlus 8T

      The issue that I have experienced was: I bought a new OnePlus 8T 5G . the phone lags, freezes & half of it's text aren't displayed. The phone is under manufacture warranty.
      This issue is from the beginning,
      1. Phone hangs.
      2. Display of half texts in many apps
      3. Sound doesn't come sometimes when someone calls
      4. Shows system UI is not responding

      It occurred on: 16/01/2021

      I would need them to do repairs and the duration under which my phone is repaired I want a replacement / spare phone for that time. Or I want a permanent replacement to the phone.

      The whole purpose of buying a new phone is because My previous phone is damaged. If I buy OnePlus 8T, and if it is a defect phone, then OnePlus should Send a replacement phone while it is being sent to repairs.

      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

        I have brought a tv y series 43inch. On 18 October i raised a compliant in OnePlus web page and I got the no. EGMIFI0NPMGX, MRPBTGHADIH3, but i thought it would be resolved. Unfortunately they deleted the requested by not resolving. Again I called on 20th of October to cc no and raised a ticket no.[protected]. Till date no one visited the location.. and even I'm ready to take the tv to thier store in t.nagar or Vrmall waiting still no one have a courtesy to check what issue has the tv have...

        Request to resolve the same as soon possible.

          Hello,

          I own one plus 5 and 6 for which ordered cable and by mistake I had placed an order for 2 Type C to Type C cable. I realised it only after the delivery of the product and immediately contacted the customer care. But the customer care was unfriendly and kept repeating their no return policy. I understand you can maintain your policy but do give some time for customers to return/replace for orders. Atleast if this warp cable was compatible with one plus 6 then would have bought the charger but this of no use for me. Hence request to kindly assist me in replacing with Type C to USB cable.

              The front camera is not working from past 1 week. Keeps popping up and going back in. Phone was not damaged at all. So not hardware issue. Must be software issue after update. Tried clearing cache, and called consumer complaint number but they couldn't rectify the problem. Phone is one plus 7 pro. Many users are facing same issue after update as checked over Google.

                Using one plus nord2 from past one month. I am facing excess heating problem. Now a days I am hearing lot of blasting issue with nord 2 . My concern is it may or may not happen with me.but I am really afraid to carry this on my pocket . M feeling that I am carrying time bomb.
                I would like to request either you replace with same model or u return my money .
                If anything wrong happens with me due to this cell phone definately I'll go for huge compensation.
                Kindly resolve this issue for better complaince and to avoid further embarassment.

                  My name is ashok makwana I placed an order for Oneplus TV through flipkart n the order was delivered on 6st October 2021. And suddenly we see that the television is not working from 13th October. The whole screen is with lines and dots and mirror images.
                  I am surprised 1-month-old TV and is giving such trouble. Very very disappointed and unhappy with the product. I have just cleared 1 EMI and I need to repair this is unacceptable. I want the TV to be replaced. Please send someone n get my TV replaced its very disappointing n regretting that I choose the wrong product.
                  I need a solution ASAP, when called the care team they stated we need to wait for 5-7 business days, this is ridiculous. Will flipkart wait for my payment for 5-6 days if I state my TV is not working NO for sure? I need this to be replaced ASAP.

                    I bought a tv from one plus a month back 32 inch y1 series. It was running finely suddenly it went shut down and i cant able to on it again. So i contacted the one plus customer care support. They told that the problem will be solve di 24 to 48hrs but nothing happened. I again contacted them they told this will take 5 to 7 business days again i waited but there was no proper response from them. i contacted them again they said that the technician will come the same day i contacted them nothing happened. I called them three days continously all were telling the technician will come but no ne came there was no proper response from them .All the staffs were giving fake assurances same like their company. If a tv cant even work properly for a month then where is the quality in it .i have never experienced this kind of worst customer in my life worst to the core.

                      My name is Marina John I placed an order for Oneplus TV through bajaj Finance n the order was delivered on 1st October 2021. And suddenly we see that the television is not working from 13th October. The whole screen is with lines and dots and mirror images.

                        I'm using JIO Sim on my OnePlus Nord CE 5G, suddenly the mobile network stops working but the status bar still shows signal.

                        Only after toggling airplane mode or restarting the mobile does it work again.

                        This is happening very frequently, after every few mins this problem is happening and is indeed frustrating.

                        Kindly please look into it.

                          Received a damaged Product on 20th Oct. The Panel of the TV is fully broken and the bezel are unfurnished. I have received a damaged product. and the irony is I am paying EMI for this. After taking daily follow up via chat and mails they don't have any update, what's their team is doing since 27days? Why don't they visit once for inspection? Am I supposed to pay EMI for this defective Product? The first EMI has been deducted on 2nd Nov'21 (Screenshot attached). still i don't have the proper product for which i am paying. is it justified?

                            Claiming one of the best brand in India, OnePlus this time really have disappointed it's customer by running a scam.
                            Recently in September I have raised a repair request in OnePlus care with pickup/drop facility and for 1.5months the device was there without any updates on its. So I escalated case 2-3 times and one day after 1.5-2months suddenly got to know that they are returning the device because bill was not uploaded.
                            Now they closed the facility so I thought of travel 65kms to repair it by taking appointment online and found that only one OnePlus Authorized center in whole Assam is closed and no one from customer support also know this.
                            So now after 2.5months of all this, my device is still lying some where and of which warranty is now going to over next week. Because of @oneplus 2.5months of my device got finished and still didn't get the resolution and now it's ready to be an electronic waste in few days.

                            OnePlus support service is worst. Can't trust this brand again. Don't buy it's products.

                            I want my complaint to be solved soon.

                            Now it seems after updating 2-3 times they are going to open the pickup/drop facility on 21st so even if I send my product of which warranty is going to end on 27th they will say that my product doesn't have warranty and they can't repair it.
                            This is the scam OnePlus is running now a days.

                              I have purchased tv on 11th October 2021 after 10days it is not working from that day I have given complaint till now the problem is not solved very bad customer service and respose

                              On March 2021 i purchased a One Plus Tv from a OnePLus Store and it was working absolutely fine till August 2021 and after that my Tv got blackout screen and it is not working till now. I raised a complain from September and then till now i still rasing a complain almost 15 time in this 3months but they keep giving me fake promises to resolve my problem. After having one wait wait on November they gave me a complain number which is[protected] on 09th November 2021 and they told me that it will resolve by 5 business days then after that i called them at every 5 business days to know the status of my issue but they giving me time and now on 2nd of December2021 when i called them, they told them a new request number which is C114836 and said it will resolve my issue within 48hours because my tv parts and technician both are allotted and ready to visit your place. Unfortunately i have recorded all the calls which i did to One Plus Customer Care but this time also they did repaired my Tv and today i spoke again with the same issue and they have taken it lightly by saying that it will take time no matter how much raised a complain if you want to take action against this issue we will not help you anymore. SO is this fair to customer to handle such kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior. and then finally they told me it may take 15business days more to resolve since to threaten as to complain on consumer care.

                                This is regarding the complain ID which is already open in OnePlus from last one month ID[protected]
                                I am facing issues in the phone but no one from OnePlus is helping on every call they are asking me to wait for 24-48 hours.
                                Tushar Patil one of the senior from OnePlus is not answering to my mails.
                                I am taking regular follow up from oneplus over the call but till now i didn't get any resolution to my issue.
                                My phone is giving so much of trouble and disturbed my professional and personal life.

                                  I have given my mobile for repair on 13th October and today is 15 November till now i have not got my device back.i have made total 3 calls in oneplus service Center in first call they told that you will get your mobile on before diwali.Second call was made on 29 October in which I mentioned that i am going out of Mumbai on 17 November so please can i get my mobile before 17 then they told sure Sir you will get your mobile on 15th November but today when i again made call they told that sorry sir the mobile is now also in repair service we need more time.Almost a month has passed.So I thought I should make a complaint.So i call the oneplus customer complaint and now they are saying that i have made wrong claim in which i have to pay although it is in warranty period.Now they are saying that you will get your mobile in 4 to 5 days without repair.You will have to claim repair request again.Now i am going out of Mumbai. I don’t know what to do.I got to know that i have made wrong claim request when i made call.Before this i have made 3 call in that they never mentioned that they told that you will get your mobile repaired.And after 1 month they are saying that the claim is wrong.

                                    I bought oneplus audio device, after some time this device is not working properly so sent this back to one plus for repair, but from the last 2 months, they haven't sent me the audio device back to me.
                                    so I'm requesting you to please take action against one plus India

                                      I purchased a new one plus nord ce in month of September.
                                      from the very beginning of purchase .I am continuously getting the hang of it and a lag in every video i play whether i am playing it online or it is downloaded already. I went to service center as well but after upgrading from one plus authorized service Center. They told me i will be not getting these issues again, but problem remains the same also sometimes i am not receiving incoming calls voice Try to fix this asap or replace my phone .I can not use that phone after spending a huge amount and getting this error in a new phone.

                                      I have submit my phone to customer care delivery boy on 26.10.2021 but not received any update till now.

                                      Experience to talk with customer care is pathetic and horrible

                                      continuously following through mail from 14.10.2021 but not get a single revert till now.
                                      really shameful experience from one of reputed brand.

                                      never recommend to any one .
