Address: OnePlus Exclusive Service Center - GF 003 and 004,Capital Mall, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal (M.P) - 462047

I had purchased them on 08/01/2020,

As there was some issue regarding the distortion in the sound quality and also sometimes get disconnected during calls too. what I did was I sent them through courier on 5 Jan 2021 and they had received the same on 06 Jan 2021( 2 days prior to warranty lapse)
and in the service memorandum issued by the oneplus Bhopal service center team they had mentioned 10 Jan and also out of warranty too, this is completely unfair as you can also see that on the memorandum they had written the issue as low sound in the right side of earphone and physical damage

this is totally unprofessional and they had sent me back the earphones, with also damaging the one.

this is completely unjustified biased and unprofessional behavior

    In my oneplus nord MODEL number AC2001 sound recorder is missing. I contact in service center and in customer support but they suggest me to factory data reset but I don't want to do this. I request to oneplus community give me solution. Otherwise replace the phone.

      I brought one plus 6T from India and I am working in Saudi Arabia at present. One day as usual I was on my way to the office and I parked my car in the allocated parking area and went to my office. After some time I got a message that my car got fire when I reached the spot and realize that the area in which I kept my phone got blasted.

      I don't know what was happened the phone was not kept on charging, the phone was not showing any battery issue it was not overcharged also.

        Display burning issue due to company defect

        Address: Room no 302, Hari on co operative society,building no 167. Tilaknagar.mumbai 89, Building no 167, B wing , room 302.

        This is with regards to the oneplus 7 pro mobile phone I use . On 7th January 2021 evening all of sudden front camera stopped working . I called oneplus helpline and they advised me few steps to run and check if it starts working but failed to help further which then the executive of yours guided me to visit near by oneplus care center. I reside in mumbai ( chembur area). So near by oneplus center for me is Kurla phoenix market City.

        I gave my mobile for service repair with respect to the information displayed in mobile. service center also checked the warranty and gave me the receipt as it is in warranty but after a week they are informing me that it is not in warranty.

            Very Dissatisfied with the services
            Ref to my complaint on this forum dt 13/12/2020
            I have been only given new case ID
            My complaint has not been resolved
            I have spoken to company executive & they had assured to send email confirmation of supply of New TV in lieu of defective 43 Y series TV supplied by company in Nov 2020
            It has been be month with this back & forth with no solution
            Very Disappointed with one plus

              Hi There,
              Recently i purchased one plus 43" TV in oneplus website
              ordered on 5th, Dec 2020. Received on 10th Dec.
              I requested for installation from customer support.
              they replied it will done in 24-48 hrs.
              now 15th of Dec no one is called me regarding.
              every day i am updating to customer support no one has come.
              they are asking again wait for 24-48 hrs
              now its 3rd time.
              can any one give idea what should i do these kind of situation,
              i really feeling that i purchased worthless brand.

                Had procured 43 y TV in Nov 2020
                Raised complaint on screen defect via all customer care options mail chats & call.
                Complaint registered & ref ID given.However inspite of numerous follow up the issuse is unresolved till date
                Customer care doent seem to be the priority

                        Dear Sir,

                        I purchased a oneplus nord in the month of October and it was delivered on 19th Oct 2020 but after 20 days my phone is not working properly .

                        Issues -
                        1 - When i am using a conference call then the calling display disappears and I am unable to manage the call .
                        2 - Call recording settings and are not available .
                        3 - Call recording icon is not visible after left / right scrolling also ..

                        As discussed with your service center it is a software issue which needs to update .

                        Sir it is a one month old phone. I am not ready to do it so request you to please help to replace it or Refund my money back ...

                        Due to the same issue I am very disturbed and due the same distribution i am not doing my job work properly .

                        This is my humble request Please Replace or Refund my money back on priority ...

                        As discussed with MR Kamal - ( Regional Service manager Mumbai ) yesterday i was visited at your service center 1st floor, MGF mall, MG road, Gurgaon, Haryana .

                        After 60 KM traveling and wasting 4hrs the result is the same ZERO .

                        Software re-flashing completed in my one month old phone now again i am facing the same issue ...

                        1 - Calling screen disappears in conference call ..
                        2 - call recording option is not visible again .

                        So this is my humble request to all of you please help to refund my money ...

                          I have purchased a new one plus 8T from Sangeeta mobiles Mangalore on 24/11/20. Quite surprisingly, I have noticed that multiple cracks on the back cover of the phone on 30/11/20. It seems that the back cover is of absolutely pathetic quality. If it is of glass, try to give product information leaflet along with with the product, as no prior information given. Kindly look into this and provide me a proper solution.

                            I Have recently taken oneplus8T through Amazon like a week back, I am facing issues with antenna or something as in many instances I have seen I don't hear from second party or vise versa post I receive the call. Also Bluetooth issues.
                            Also many a times when the call is on Speakers doesn't work, also while charging the speakers are getting off.

                            Please help me with the issues urgently.

                              Season mall one plus exclusive service center

                              I went thr with my one plus 8 with two complaints...
                              1. Green tint on camera side while on dark mode
                              2. Finger print scanner not working properly...

                              I went thr and had a word with reception lady, she was nice to me and after cheking and listening to me she said wait for 1 hrs, I said fine I will take a round in mall...

                              After 50 mints I reached back, she said it's processing, by tht time everyone came for shift... So I asked them can I sit here bcz I am asked to wait 1 hr more... The guy in front saying sry we can't allow you to sit here it's for elderly PPL only, u can go stand outside (politely said)...

                              I waited from 11am- 2 pm outside thr store like a beggar, after taking 50k phn from them...
                              Yes concept for senior citizens I understood, but thr was no-one in the store other than me and a headset complaint guy...

                              Now about complaints I had with my phn
                              Yes for god's grace complaints still exist with green tints and finger print issue, then wat these guyz doing with my phn for three hours, deleted all my apps and files ( had back up), and said finger ### calibration is also done... and green tint still there Waste of time, energy and petrol...

                              Issues after doing software change, my phone is first sim slot is not recognising sim even after, flight mode, sim change, restarting...

                              So guyz idk it's upto u to go, now iam totally done with ur service centers...

                                We had purchased a OnePlus TV in august, we raised a service request / complaint on 13/11/2020 (Z7ZARKMTKWVR )we were assured our issue will be resolved within 5 days, but till now no resolution . The Customer support guys just promise 24-48 Hrs and no progress even after two weeks . Kindly help us in getting this resolved

                                    We ordered three items from the one plus site - 8T Lunar Silver Phone, Bumper Case and tempered glass. The package was delivered to us on 19th Nov with only 2 items. The 8T phone was not in the package. Despite repeated calls to customer care, the logistics company that delivered the product has not taken any responsibility or ownership that the phone has not been delivered. I have requested for multiple callbacks and all i have been told is that the product is delivered. I sent video proof that the package when opened didn't have the phone in it. Yet, every time i call customer care i keep being told that please give us 48 hours. I have given them over 4 days and no resolution yet. I'm out 46000 Rs and no phone yet One Plus has taken zero liability of their own logistics company.

                                      Hello All,

                                      I have submitted my one plus 7t to you guys on 6th of Nov. Firstly it took more than a week for my phone to reach a service center merely at a distance of a maximum 4 to 5 hours. Secondly my screen was heating up and there was internal colour spill partially over the screen, photos were attached as well with no physical damage made. I even let the pick up guy have a thorough look to assure there was not a single scratch on my phone.
                                      It was just a 5 month old phone sir and now these guys are asking me to pay nearly half the amount for new screen for no fault of mine.
                                      Please look into and address my issue.
