We had purchased a OnePlus TV in august, we raised a service request / complaint on 13/11/2020 (Z7ZARKMTKWVR )we were assured our issue will be resolved within 5 days, but till now no resolution . The Customer support guys just promise 24-48 Hrs and no progress even after two weeks . Kindly help us in getting this resolved...

I have placed an order of OnePlus Nord from www.oneplus.in on Oct 16th and refused to accept the delivery on Oct 19th as I want to place another order using a different card for cashback.
