Hi sir,
Didn't want to disturb you, but time permits me to do that.
Sir I am using one plus mobile...as a happy customer, now charger wire is not working...and I placed an order ...by mistake I ordered type C where I need to do order for type...A,
I tried contacting customer care I spoke Jackson and Vignesh both of them were talking like a parrot to help me out, rule is this rule is that rather helping customer and also..they were like I can't do anything when I told them connect me to the managers.. again been said by them is not in rule. This is how a customer is been deal by ONE PLUS, this is how you promote the brand. Mistake is been deal or handle like inhuman.
Hoping a helping hand atleast from you.one negative comment hammer thousand customer, the way customer is been deal by customer care is not good.

Also, please be aware that I am a physically challanged person and will have difficulties to go out and buy the things.

I ordered from you, so that I will get a genuine product. Agreed that I made a mistake in selecting the product but a company policy should not be so stringent that a customer has to feel disappointed.

    I bought one plus TV on 13th Jan through their website. I got the delivery and then after a week their technician came for the installation but was not able to install the TV properly then again after a week another person came and did something and then said that TV wifi is not working, contact to the customer care. Then I post the complaint about that but still not getting any solution. And when I called them they says that we will replace the part in one week. When I am paying full money then why I am getting demaged product. I asked them for replacement and they says we wont provide you the replacement. Is it not like the cheating the customed by selling them damged product with taking full amount.

      This is regarding the OnePlus 7T Pro, bought on 3rd Jan 2021.
      The phone has an issue with Camera lenses and phone hang.

      I had contacted to customer care center of OnePlus at CSMT, Fort. The customer care center recommended calling customer care.

      As per the advice given by customer care, within 30 days file a complaint, and replacement of the phone can be done.

      I submitted the phone to OnePlus care.

      But I got a reply saying that replacement can be done only within 15 days.

      hence, customer care of OnePlus misguiding me related to my phone issue during covid lockdown period.

      this misguiding related to expensive phone cause a lot of problem for me. I submitted the phone as per the problem within 30 days as advised by one of your customer care executive.

      Is this Oneplus big brand customer service is?

      expecting a reply with Phone Replacement.

          I have purchased one plus Nord 4months back.
          I am not able to hear the voice while calling. If I put it on speaker then I can hear. I have contacted customer care, they suggested to visit one plus service center. They have repaired and told that it was a software issue. But exactly after one week still the same issue.

            I m also dialing *#*#4636#*#* but still I m not geting any option for sms service center ...

                  I Purchased Oneplus 8T 5G (Lunar Silver) 12GB 256GB Variant On 29th November 2020!
                  After 15 Days O[censored]sage I Noticed That Navigation Bar At The Bottom Of My Display Had Been Burnt In!
                  I Contacted Oneplus Customer Support And They Denied Me A Replacement And Told Me To Submit My Mobile To A Service Centre!
                  I Live In Motihari, Bihar And There Is No Service Centre In My City And There Is Only One Service Centre Which Is In State Capital Patna, Bihar!
                  The Navigation Bar Burn In Disappeared On Its Own And After Some Days I Started Noticing Heavy Image Retention On My Device...Any Bold Static Image On My Display Leaves Their Ghost Image On The Display...And This Is Happening All Over The Display And All Icons Are Getting Burnt In!
                  I Contacted Support And They Asked Me To Wipe Cache Of My Phone!
                  This Is Clearly A Hardware Issue...And Its A Defective Display And I Want My Phone Replaced At All Cost!
                  I Paid 45, 999 Rs For This Phone And They Sold Me A Defective Unit!

                  I need to ask one question to oneplus that don't spread false promotional videos to cheat customers, Oneplus is claiming that their flagship oneplus8T, I took it and now I'm the victim of oneplus 8T and my phone has display issues from the initial time onwards, later some water splashed dump error came and nobody from oneplus authorized service engineers donno how to repair/fix it also damaged my phone this told me the second engineer from oneplus and he is not confident to repair as he is telling that if we change the display not sure it will be functional maybe the problem with the motherboard . From oneplus end nobody is responsible for that and i donno what to do, every time if i call the customer care they will redirect here and there, they also donno what to do

                    Hi Oneplus team,
                    I am extremely sorry for writing this with my frustration. Since past 10 days I am struggling like anything to fix my Oneplus 7 pro mobile. After recent oneplus update, my mobile start giving issues like few application getting stuck and mobile camera not working properly. I had seen multiple reviews about the recent update and causing this issue. I approached to customer care service multiple times and they couldnt resolve the issue, instead they are just trying to fool me that we will get back to you, but so far no one called me back. 3 days back finally I went to oneplus service center (Himayat Nagar Hyderabad) and they said mobile is still under warranty till Non.2021 and it will be repair by Friday. Today I got the call([protected]) and they are saying you have to pay 18000Rs. REALLY???
                    When we spend 50K just for a mobile then we are expecting those level services and support. But you people are just taking money and wasting our valuable time.
                    If camera stopped working after update then why should I pay moreover its under warranty. I am really getting frustrated and I want to fix my mobile as soon as possible and give me the replacement for that.
                    Its highly disappointing for me to get these kind worst service from Oneplus.

                      I had purchased them on 08/01/2020,

                      As there was some issue regarding the distortion in the sound quality and also sometimes get disconnected during calls too. what I did was I sent them through courier on 5 Jan 2021 and they had received the same on 06 Jan 2021( 2 days prior to warranty lapse)
                      and in the service memorandum issued by the oneplus Bhopal service center team they had mentioned 10 Jan and also out of warranty too, this is completely unfair as you can also see that on the memorandum they had written the issue as low sound in the right side of earphone and physical damage

                      this is totally unprofessional and they had sent me back the earphones, with also damaging the one.

                      this is completely unjustified biased and unprofessional behavior

                        In my oneplus nord MODEL number AC2001 sound recorder is missing. I contact in service center and in customer support but they suggest me to factory data reset but I don't want to do this. I request to oneplus community give me solution. Otherwise replace the phone.

                          I brought one plus 6T from India and I am working in Saudi Arabia at present. One day as usual I was on my way to the office and I parked my car in the allocated parking area and went to my office. After some time I got a message that my car got fire when I reached the spot and realize that the area in which I kept my phone got blasted.

                          I don't know what was happened the phone was not kept on charging, the phone was not showing any battery issue it was not overcharged also.

                            Display burning issue due to company defect

                            This is with regards to the oneplus 7 pro mobile phone I use . On 7th January 2021 evening all of sudden front camera stopped working . I called oneplus helpline and they advised me few steps to run and check if it starts working but failed to help further which then the executive of yours guided me to visit near by oneplus care center. I reside in mumbai ( chembur area). So near by oneplus center for me is Kurla phoenix market City.

                            I gave my mobile for service repair with respect to the information displayed in mobile. service center also checked the warranty and gave me the receipt as it is in warranty but after a week they are informing me that it is not in warranty.

                                  Recently i purchased one plus 43" TV in oneplus website
                                  ordered on 5th, Dec 2020. Received on 10th Dec.
                                  I requested for installation from customer support.
                                  they replied it will done in 24-48 hrs.
                                  now 15th of Dec no one is called me regarding.
                                  every day i am updating to customer support no one has come.
                                  they are asking again wait for 24-48 hrs
                                  now its 3rd time.
                                  can any one give idea what should i do these kind of situation,
                                  i really feeling that i purchased worthless brand.

                                    Had procured 43 y TV in Nov 2020
                                    Raised complaint on screen defect via all customer care options mail chats & call.
                                    Complaint registered & ref ID given.However inspite of numerous follow up the issuse is unresolved till date
                                    Customer care doent seem to be the priority
