OnePlus India — Display issue with my new Y series 32 Inch HD TV

It's been more than one month that i have raised a complaint about the display issue with my tv purchased via Amazon india.

issue: Black spots are visible on my TV display

customer support reply: "As I can see the spare part is out of stock. But no worries I will escalate the case to higher authority so that they will look in to it for the delay caused."

times i have contacted them: 5

i'm not being provided any contact details to communicate with Higher authorities.
My TV is not repaired, nor they are providing replacement.
message for Oneplus: if you don't have spare parts to repair a tv .. don't manufacture new ones... first handle the existing ones.
