I made a purchase of OnePlus TV 55 inch-4K-QLED TV 55Q1 on 1st Jan 2022 from OnePlus website (https://www.oneplus.in), The product got delivered on 5th Jan 2022 (The box was sealed), I called OnePlus support to raise installation request after that the Installation Engg. From OnePlus Mr. Om Prakash (his contact no. [protected]) visited our place on 6th Jan 2022 and when he opened the seal of the box the TV screen was having crack on it for which he told it’s a DOA (Dead on Arrival) case, but he cannot raise the request for replacement as it has been ordered online from OnePlus.in, he will raise complaint only if it is purchased from the Showroom. He told me to raise complaint online on OnePlus Support while I filed on the same day i.e., 6th Jan 2022 but OnePlus has been not responding to my complaint and till now they have not given a response on my issue or anyone from OnePlus has not contacted me so far.
I request the honorable court to please investigate this matter and provide me with justice, I have purchased this TV on EMI and paying interest without receiving the product.

    I but phone form one plus official store and got on 28 December 2021. with mobile did not got hard copy of invoice so for that try to get from one plus customer care with chat and with email. its been 11 days from purchase till date did not got my invoice and every time they promise that give some time.

      Hello There

      I bought this phone 3 months back which was blasted automatically while on call. I was talking on phone. The phone suddenly got hot and then a spark came out of the phone. I threw it on the floor where it got blasted into pieces And when we went to the service center with our phone, we were told that you have broken this phone.

      Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

          Got defective piece, on the second day itself the phone strated giving me heating issue.the other person can't hear me on call. The face Id is not working and today my contacts have dissapeared if I cantact the company's customer support they ask me to send the product for repair I did not pay so much to get the defective product.i asked for replacement and they say replacement should be within 15 days on delivery...I received the product on 31st dec 2021.I have been on call and chats with customer support everytime they told me to run troubleshooting steps use phone in safe mode...why to buy this expensive phone if it can't support 2 third party app...

            Dear Sir,
            I have created a ticket for my device repaired when it was in warranty period and talked with OnePlus customer care they checked and suggested me OneCareplus app for creating a repair request for my device, And i did the same And I created a request on 20 Dec 2021 and on 30 Dec 2021 today I got a message your device is dispatched from service center. And for this confirmation I am talking again with Oneplus customer care they are saying your device is not in warranty period.

            So this is your mistake i had 6 days warranty before submitting my device so you laps my warranty in traveling So this is your fault. When I asked Onepluss customer care you should respond that you go fast with your nearest service center to check your device so I should do this. But you as per your suggestion am doing same. And in the end, my device was not repaired and coming back. This is a blunder mistake you are doing..

            I do not want to complain but as per their chat support and service really i am not happy. I will never recommend Oneplus to anyone.
            This is a very costly device I can't afford always.

            I hope you understand and please give me justice

              Hi I have recently bought a Oneplus Q1 TV from One Plus India Website and its been observed that there were dead pixels in the TV and have made a compliant, Since a month Customer service is telling that they have been waiting for the parts and not even letting us know the ETA . Its been so frustrated that after paying Rs 60000 for a TV and it came as Defect,

                    I bought Oneplus TV U1S 50 inch tgroght Flipkart on 27 October 2021 which got repaired( No display) within two months on 19th December 2021. I have raised a complaint to Oneplus customer service on 20th December 2021 they told within 5 to 7 days they will resolve the issue.Today is 30th December 2021 still nobody has come to resolve the issue. It is really frustrating and no response from Oneplus end. There is no proper response from oneplus customer service and they are very rude. Hope my issue gets resolved soon.

                    I have purchased a one plus Y series tv one and half month before the TV visibility is not clear it is appearing with green shades. It has been two months of complaining about it they just keep on says that the service will be done within a week but no technician arrives again we complain to OnePlus service the same is given, but no one comes. I have repeatedly given the complaint for more than 7-8times. We are really frustrated about it. The tv just purchased on 2 October 2021 within that as a problem but no action/response from the service center such a irresponsible behaviour towards the customer's complaint.

                          This problem started few months back, one plus giving ample amount o[censored]pdates leading to so many bugs in the phone, after that my screen used to go black when i used to call from another apps like whatsapp or zoom and phone started switching off, i went to the service centre which is in saket .. they told me its a software glitch n all all the did just rebooted my phone, and did nothing else and told me that it would be fine after few days same problem came, secondly they dont pick up the call on time and its been months i m facing this issues i tried their complaint number but they didnt received and picked it up

From the time i bought i had issues with the display and many other problems, On 29 October i had made a complaint to customer care number[protected]Complaint Number -[protected] )regarding this, They told me a tat time of 48 hours and promised me that the issue will be solved in 48 hours. Every once in 86 hours i will call the customer care and ask for the status. They would promise me 48 hours tat, Like this i have been following them past 60 days but nothing happened.

                            I dont understand why they are not solving my issue because of this we were not watching TV for 60 days . I am psychologically depressed and upset of ONE PLUS COMPANY.

                            Kindly request to solve the problem ASAP, I had good hope with the ONE PLUS brand but all in vain.

                              One Plus Band Strap has not been available since 20th October 2021. If you cannot keep a stock of the strap then what is the point of launching the band?
                              The band strap broke.
                              I ordered the band on Jan 12, 2021. The order number was: M[protected]Ordered from the app:OnePlus store). I have been checking for strap availability on the website on since 20th October 2021. It's been two months since then. I have not been able to use the band because of this. Either provide a strap or replace my band as the device is of no use to me without a strap.

                                I brought the earphones 11 months ago and it stopped working all of the sudden I went to service center there gave me a new one again it was a deafult piece where it made all cracking sounds and created headache and again I went to service center there gave me new one again and you know what again it made those sounds total 3 times I have went still now I didn't get a earphones without deafult piece there even call there said there will come up with a solution .such a worst experience and worst quality

                                  Television keeps on restarting while using, we are not able to watch anything without problems. Software has been updated twice, motherboard has been changed and now technician has asked for panel replacement. Seeing such quality of a newly bought TV is raising concerns for long term use. We have raised multiple complaints either to fix this issue or replace this unit with a new one, since the technician is unable to fix the issue from almost last 2 months, we are requesting to replace this unit with a new one. We are not certain that TV will work as it should in long term as its major parts i.e., Motherboard and panel are to be changed within one month o[censored]sage. Major disappointment for us is that technician always closes the request without even fixing the issue and we have to again raise the complaint to customer support. We have been raising multiple complaints since November first week and no resolution is provided, complaints can be tracked via customer id - C118853

                                      One plus 40 inch TV was purchased from Croma Chennai anna nagar on 29th October, delivered on 30th October and installation was done in week. After few days o[censored]sage there was a display issue, complaint was registered with croma as. One plus technician came over to check on 8th Dec 2021 and confirmed replacement will be done in a week. It's been 3 weeks and no replacement was done. Also no proper response from one plus and croma. Phone calls are being ignored. Highly disappointed. Need replacement asap.
