I have raised the complaint for my oneplus Y1 43 tv on Nov 7, 2020, till now no one has visited my home to rectify the issue. I have called multiple time in 3 months only information they are saying we have escalated the issue.
Its almost 3 months my parents struggling without tv in this pandemic situation.
Need compensation and replacement of TV.

    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Mobile Phones & Accessories

    The issue that I have experienced was: TV screen issue before 1 year only...i am.complaining from last 2 months...no option available in portal for TV service request, only reflecting mobile and accesories, how can we raise complaints online?? We dont have time to waste on doing follow ups, doing calls ans ect, after many days finally recived comolaint number, after receiving number technician visited 3rd days and he took some pic of sercute board ect, its almost more than 1 week ago still no reaponse, he told within 2 days will come back to fix this, still mot visited and no response...

    Is this customer service?? Even i am from customer service end, this kind of service not at all acceptable, 1st give proper service, if service centre not available pz don't sale ..

    Belgaum is a big city of karnatala and there ia no proper service here, really not happy at all one plus...

        Hi,

        We have purchased OnePlus TV 7th Jan 2021 in Amazon. It's not working form 25Nov2021. We have raised issue many times with OnePlus support team and Amazon. From the 25thNov2021 every week we are doing followup and every time support team is tell with in 5 to 7 working days engineer will come and issues will get resolved. But nobody called me and I don't know what is the status. Finally I need to know the issue will get resolved or not.

          I bought one plus triggers for my one plus 9 device from one plus store app. They had sensitivity issues at the beginning so I contacted nearest (60kms from my place) service center for which I got a replacement. But now the replaced product is also showing same problems. I cannot visit service center every week for this product.

          I no longer want this product please refund the amount for this product. It's useless.

                I bought a Oneplus by trusting the brand and spend above Rs.40000. But after 10days o[censored]sage it does not working and hangs on TV remote connection page (Refer Snaps).

                TV remote is working fine and I able to control volumes / switch off the tv. But TV does not goes to the next step and hangs on the page as attached.

                I have called to the One plus service centre also. But there is no response from your end. And I have made a lots of conversations for the past one month. Refer attached conversations.

                I really disappointed with your service and does not expect poor response from the reputed company.

                Please take this as high priority to provide the proper service.

                  Been a month since we lodged a complaint with Oneplus regarding display issue. Till now haven't received a single call from the customer care. Earlier it had 2 big lines white and black.. Now the display is completely gone.. Just white or black screen. such pathetic service till now not a single call

                    I have decided to make this public. I have logged a complaint regarding my Q! TV on Nov 30, where my TV screen got damaged. Since the TV is not covered under warranty, I have agreed to pay for the part. The engineer (who supposed to be a local third party) initially told me that I have to pay for the spare, which is around Rs. 40, 000/- towards the spares and the payment has to be done to the vendor not to the Oneplus. This was not agreed...

                      I made a purchase of OnePlus TV 55 inch-4K-QLED TV 55Q1 on 1st Jan 2022 from OnePlus website (https://www.oneplus.in), The product got delivered on 5th Jan 2022 (The box was sealed), I called OnePlus support to raise installation request after that the Installation Engg. From OnePlus Mr. Om Prakash (his contact no. [protected]) visited our place on 6th Jan 2022 and when he opened the seal of the box the TV screen was having crack on it for which he told it’s a DOA (Dead on Arrival) case, but he cannot raise the request for replacement as it has been ordered online from OnePlus.in, he will raise complaint only if it is purchased from the Showroom. He told me to raise complaint online on OnePlus Support while I filed on the same day i.e., 6th Jan 2022 but OnePlus has been not responding to my complaint and till now they have not given a response on my issue or anyone from OnePlus has not contacted me so far.
                      I request the honorable court to please investigate this matter and provide me with justice, I have purchased this TV on EMI and paying interest without receiving the product.

                        I but phone form one plus official store and got on 28 December 2021. with mobile did not got hard copy of invoice so for that try to get from one plus customer care with chat and with email. its been 11 days from purchase till date did not got my invoice and every time they promise that give some time.

                          I bought this phone 3 months back which was blasted automatically while on call. I was talking on phone. The phone suddenly got hot and then a spark came out of the phone. I threw it on the floor where it got blasted into pieces And when we went to the service center with our phone, we were told that you have broken this phone.

                              Got defective piece, on the second day itself the phone strated giving me heating issue.the other person can't hear me on call. The face Id is not working and today my contacts have dissapeared if I cantact the company's customer support they ask me to send the product for repair I did not pay so much to get the defective product.i asked for replacement and they say replacement should be within 15 days on delivery...I received the product on 31st dec 2021.I have been on call and chats with customer support everytime they told me to run troubleshooting steps use phone in safe mode...why to buy this expensive phone if it can't support 2 third party app...

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have created a ticket for my device repaired when it was in warranty period and talked with OnePlus customer care they checked and suggested me OneCareplus app for creating a repair request for my device, And i did the same And I created a request on 20 Dec 2021 and on 30 Dec 2021 today I got a message your device is dispatched from service center. And for this confirmation I am talking again with Oneplus customer care they are saying your device is not in warranty period.

                                So this is your mistake i had 6 days warranty before submitting my device so you laps my warranty in traveling So this is your fault. When I asked Onepluss customer care you should respond that you go fast with your nearest service center to check your device so I should do this. But you as per your suggestion am doing same. And in the end, my device was not repaired and coming back. This is a blunder mistake you are doing..

                                I do not want to complain but as per their chat support and service really i am not happy. I will never recommend Oneplus to anyone.
                                This is a very costly device I can't afford always.

                                  Hi I have recently bought a Oneplus Q1 TV from One Plus India Website and its been observed that there were dead pixels in the TV and have made a compliant, Since a month Customer service is telling that they have been waiting for the parts and not even letting us know the ETA .
