OnePlus India — Facing issues since I purchased phone or pick and drop issue

I purchased OnePlus Nord ce in July 2021.since i am facing problems like it's muted automatically on goes on hold automatically, or in speaker automatically.when i picked a call firstly it's gone on muted every time.i mam very much fed up with this phone.finallyphone was picked on 3rd March through logistic.and i recieved this phone on 11th March 2022, what I saw that parcel was teared, tempered even inside packaging was also teared.when i asked to delivery boy he also said that we also recieved it teared condition, he also told me that it seems that somebody teared it with knife or blade.hiw do I know that this is my mobile or someone mobile.i m very much fedup with this service and OnePlus phone.my parcel.is teared both inside or outside.the service is ver bad and even my issues are not resolved yet.
